- JDJN dieselDec 26, 20241.0Customer hand wrote a check to us, went to three different locations to cash Different story at every location, these are the rules they say The manager is not the manager, they lie often. Call this number to talk to the manager, four people later claiming to be the manager come back with a story it can not be done. The person who issued the check has to come in. 5 hours today spent driving to locations, eventually they called the person issuing the check. They claim there is a 850 limit, next person says 2,000 limit. One location has to hold it 24 hours, next can’t open an account. Third location you don’t need an account until you get there. What a joke I will be positively asking others to leave reviews.

Always saying I need an appointment for the most easiest questions!!!! Unbelievable how this bank is operated. They closed their west Lebanon location!!!! They lost so many customers!! Have so many issues with them and not enough space to say it all!!! I have banked here for over 20+ years since they where Metro bank.. its gone so so so down hill!!! I'm closing my account and banking elsewhere after 4 years of very bad experiences and just dealing with it because of all the accounts I have tied into the bank account here.. but now I have to move everything to one of my other banks and just deal with hours of work changing accounts to a new and better customer service bank.. pathetic how crappie this place has gotten!!! Very very poor management I guss!!!
