The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and make me feel welcome (even though I do not have an account directly with them, but through another credit union). Honestly, they are truly passionate about their jobs, and it shows in how they treat every customer. Whether I am visiting the Lancaster or Elizabethtown branch office, I know not only will I be treated in a professional and courteous manner, but also I can count on them to take care of whatever financial need takes me there that day. If you are looking for a credit union where you are treated as a person and not just a number, then Wheatland Federal Credit Union might just be for you!
