I believe we all should feel safe enough to make mistakes, safe enough to own the mistakes, so we can remedy what needs remedied and that's what happened for me and I wanted to share that. I believe her name is Kalyn :)

You wait more time than any other branch just to cash a check. This time I went through the drive through and waited about 8 minutes only for her to ask me for another ID which I already provided just to cash a check PNC credit issued me for just over $100. She asked me how I wanted my changed. I said 10's and 20's. After the back and forth she gives me a 100 bill. THE WORST customer service. Never again. This branch needs to be closed. Willow Street is the best by far that I have been to. Centerville must have trainees or sub-par employees removed from other branches.
