  Full disclosure- I have a few accounts with them. They always call asking you to bring in more money, while hitting you with fees left and right. Got them to waive a fee and then they charged another one the next month and wouldn't waive it(I guess I didn't understand what they said about a minimum balance in one account vs average balance- while I added money while the representative was on with me and they didn't correct me). Then an airline lost my luggage on vacation and the air line wired some money for the lost luggage (which was no where near what it cost to replace) and PNC took their cut for an incoming wire fee. Rates for loans are high, interest paid to you is low. I joined over 20 years ago when you needed access to tellers. Now that you don't need that, it is a no brainer to go to a local credit union. My goal is enough people read this that it costs PNC more than the fees that they charged me.

  Just had a phone interaction with one of your investment people at the Fruitville Pike location. He wouldn't identify himself, and when I asked for the person I met with earlier in the week, he would simply say, "he's not here". I asked if the rep still worked there, if he would return today, and if I could leave a message - all with the same reply, "he's not here" and "we don't have voicemail". Awful customer service, rude. Remember, you have MY MONEY in your bank, and many banks are clamoring for my business. Your services and your customer service are way behind the competitors. It's time for me to move on. If we can offer any additional assistance, please send us a private message on Facebook or X at @PNCBank_Help. -EM Miss EM, Your reply is inadequate and unprofessional, without assurance that any action will occur at the local branch office, a lack of accountability, and then pushing me to Facebook or X to respond. I don't subscribe to Facebook or X for personal reasons, and the customer (me) should determine their preferred method of communication, not PNC. It's no surprise that your service levels at the branch locations are subpar when the response from corporate is so amateurish.
