- BBBJul 16, 20262.0I closed my account here today. Have not had a good experience when I needed help. Manager is super rude. The chick who waited on me a month ago - rude. So that was the end of FNB for me. It’s unfortunate because the dark-haired female who is a teller and always sits to the far left is super pleasant and helpful. She’s great. Too bad they all aren’t like her. But it’s her manager and one of her coworkers that made me close this account and transfer all my money to another bank. If your go-to mode is rude and unhelpful, you really shouldn’t be working with the public.
