DO NOT BANK WITH PNC!!! I have never seen a bank withhold deposits in order to charge insufficient funds like PNC. They will falsely change the ledger in order to be able to charge later and overdraft fees. It is sad that PNC feels the need to steal money from its customers. In addition, I explained to the PNC manager how dissatisfied I was with the service provider by PNC and I would like to close my account. She was more than happy to help me close my account. This goes to show just how much that PNC values their customers. Any decent company would want to do what they could to keep you as a customer. Not PNC!! PNC has a very low customer rating. Don’t ignore that rating, bank somewhere else!!!

Had an amazing experience that I would love to share - Yair and Branch Manager William are top notch! Mom has bonds to redeem but is not a PNC bank customer and her bank simply does not deal with bonds. I explained this to Yair who made a few phone calls to help out this 20+ year PNC customer and called me back within the hour. That afternoon, William kindly took Mom and I through the process and we were on our way. They did what other banks have chosen to stop doing - and with a smile! Great service from that team!!!
