- NHNoah HarteisMar 4, 20261.0Worst bank to work with for loans. Please if you want peace of mind and something easy to work with and not a bunch of hoops to jump through. This is not the place for you. They should be responsible to pay for the high blood pressure their online website and apps caused me. DO NOT USE if you don't want to waste time

The branch manager, Liz, refused to closed my deceased mother's accounts although I had the original death and short certificates as required by PA state law. Liz proceeded to give me unqualified legal advice that was WRONG. I told her it was wrong, but still she refused. I phoned my lawyer from the vestible, he tried to call the branch, but she would not answer the phone. After a few minutes, Liz comes out of her office to say she WILL do it after all. She then proceeds to say " you don't have to be an ass about it". I'm grieving my mother's death and an employee who was too lazy to get her facts straight before turning away a customer uses profanity in public... in front of other customers and employees. Is that how FNB treats your customers? I am blown away by the callousness, laziness, and utter incompetence of a BRANCH MANAGER.
