  The one in Rural Valley said that I bounced my account, which i knew I didn't. They put me on a list saying that I never paid it so I couldn't open a checking anywhere. Five years later I got a letter and a call saying they made a mistake that they owed me $300.00. That they were going to mail me a check for it. Another three years passed and I never received it. I've since been with 1st Summit and I absolutely love them.

  Do not bank with FNB. I’ve had a car loan with them since Aug 2025. They are always late with processing my payments which causes all my other bills to be late. I go to check my balance on my car loan in May 2026 online and it shows I only made two payments total. They robbed me of $4000 worth of payments. There solution to avoid late payments is to open an account with them. I WILL NEVER OPEN A ACCOUNT. With these idiots. Bank and get your loans elsewhere I’m refinancing my car tomorrow and NEVER doing business with this company again. If I can give them a zero star I would

  Can someone explain to me why it is ok that the busiest office of First National Bank in the Johnstown area does not have a manager that attends work on a Daily, weekly, or even monthly basis? I have been calling to make an appointment and, if someone even picks up, the excuse I get is that she is working from home?!?! Is this the covid era? I have been talking to long time customers of this office and the truth is she is at home literally sending off her work to other employees to do so she can loaf around and responding to internal chats so every other office thinks she is at the office. What kind of place is this? When is the upper management or employees going to wake up and realize she is using you and she is not on business calls. Wake up! ⏰️

  The new manager is incompetent and shouldn't be in charge of even a self check out line at Walmart! I closed my accounts over a month ago due to her lack of management and still to this day getting charged! I brought the account to zero like she said and it's still not closed! Although my other buisness account was closed that day!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS GONE TO HELL

  This location offers the worst customer service banking experience I’ve ever had. Tellers don’t want to help you. They just want to argue with you. Save yourself a headache and bank somewhere else.
