- WSWilliam SmithMay 11, 20261.0My partner opened a new account and made a deposit with their estate check. The account cleared but the check did not. We called and were told that we needed to call the lawyer that handle the estate. We had the lawyer call the bank directly. They told the lawyer they couldn’t give any information. So we called the executor of the estate, the one that issued the checks. Had them contact the bank directly, and the bank told them they couldn’t give any information. So we called the customer service support line that the bank told us to call, automatically get transferred to the fraud department. Now currently on the phone with the fraud department and seems like no one has any knowledge of what is wrong. Horrible bank.
