- ESErin StaudtMay 29, 20261.0I’ve had nothing but issues with this bank. I’ve been a member for years but now having trouble with bank transfers not being able to send from my phone anymore, they charge for every external transfer and recently had an issue where I needed to receive a new card. It’s been over 3 weeks so now they are sending a new card to a branch close to me. Ridiculous I have to wait another 7-10 business days with zero options to expedite delivery except paying $50. Customer service is atrocious and I’ve wanted to switch to another bank for YEARS but everything I have is set up automatic payments from this account + direct deposit. Terrible bank, don’t bank with them!

Karri helped us set up student checking accounts for our kids when they started to work. Overall friendly nice people who work hard.
