- BFB FJun 10, 20262.0Came in on 6/8 /26 to have beneficiaries added to my checking accounts and the branch manager said that there quote " was a whole back room long process to add more than 2 to my account and since my deceased wife is still on the account I'm not sure we can add beneficiaries". Great.....add 2 then and couldn't even do that Went to my local branch back home and a 22 year old bank clerk did it within 5 minutes. If it was too late in the day for you to do that just say that. Dont make yourself look like a fool when I knew the whole time I was getting some cockamamie story. Do better. Maybe the branch management at this location needs re evaluated
