Muy mal staff No tratan bien a los clientes como los otros bancos profesionales. The worst bank staff of the town They don’t treat their customers well ,very rude staff. I made a appointment and after I waited and waited they told me Kevin was in break at the time of the appointment I had scheduled wasting my time to open a account, not profesional

A lady in front of did speak out and was pretty much ignored. After she finally seen that lady and we were next, she left the office. We were past by a couple bank workers with no one even acknowleding us; could've said sorry we'll be with you shortly. Finally, a new lady arrived and I asked if she is able to assist us since we've been ignored and waiting for almost 45 minutes. This wonderful lady, Yumersis Amancio, immediately took care of our transaction. Her professionalism, kindness, and politeness was greatly appreciated. I know many businesses are short staffed and this bank was busy. However, a couple staff members need customer service training.

Always wait longer than 40 min in the bank bc everyone is busy standing around trying to make sure you have customer service but the teller windows are empty! So go to the ATM to deposit business money and ATM eats money and they won't make it right...don't bank here!!
