I made a deposit and the teller entered it wrong and caused my account to appear overdrawn by $1200. I could not access MY MONEY while they corrected their mistake and the bank manager needs to learn some customer service skills.

I had one woman on the phone yelling at me because I didn't understand why my account was over drafted $40 when they had taken out $2.00 because I still did paper billing. Only reason I'm still with FNB is because I'm not sure where else to go. . Added: This specific location is where I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS. Customer service is AWFUL, it feels like a bank. Metro didn't feel like a bank, it felt like a second home. I'm sad to see that my money is in the hands of some backwards company. I will be calling BBB to report my findings
