- WRWill ReamsJul 17, 20251.0Awful. Save your time by not opening an account here because you will have to close it. Banks don't communicate... told one thing at the Harrisburg branch, another at the Linglestown office. Said there would be a hold on funds because "they don't know me", although I have been with them 10 years. They said they could have a manager overwrite the hold, but of course there is no manager working. Don't give them your business, especially if you plan to do anything big with money like buy a house, car, etc. You'll most likely run into issues.
