- CEConnor Eisenhart3 days ago5.0So today I had an issue with paying my rent and also using my card over 2k when I was purchasing a MacBook for my business. I called and Daniele let me know that I needed to come In for the problem, she did a great job and letting me know the issue and what needed to be done. Came in same day. Rodney and I believe Taylor is the new branch manager. She’s great. Got me taken care of within 30 mins. Even when I was frustrated. The front girls always try to take care of the issue. I’d say pnc has a lot of protections and it can be super frustrating sometimes when the card declines. But the workers are great! Thanks yall for taking care of the issue quickly and smoothly even tho I was stressed :) I’ve had mutiple issues in the past but most of the times they have been fixed
