Greeted immediately at the door, where a smiling young lady directed me to my scheduled appointment. Lisa Guidace assisted me in setting up both a checking and savings account. Lisa was above and beyond helping me out, explaining every step of the way. This woman knows her stuff and PNC--you are so lucky to have her!!! Every person working in that branch today--including the tellers, made it a point to smile and say hello-----They made me feel right at home. I was so impressed today----I know I made the right decision banking with PNC!! Thank you so much--this is truly a bank that cares!!!!

Came back the next to be told that they cannot help me at this time. No explanation whatsoever as to why they could not give me my money. When to another branch to find out that the lady by the name of Kathy, had put a hold on my account. I never had any issues with PNC until this happen. Made me rethink if I should look for another bank.
