I have already been charged a 2.00 fee on my checking account without being told and have tried to cancel my account with PNC three days in a row with a total wait time on hold for four hours sixteen minutes until I just had to hang up. I was told by the girl on the phone who transferred me to the department that could close my account the best way was to go to the bank and do that. Hmm there hours are just so convenient, so on my day off Saturday I have to drive up 15 minutes away and go threw drive threw banking and hope they close this account. I have never liked PNC Bank because of there over priced fee's and threw no fault of my own I got stuck with them.
