- MHmr beverly hillsSep 30, 20261.0PNC is just an awful institution. Had several big disputes for bogus purchases totaling thousands of dollars and they did absolutely nothing about it. I ended up letting the account go overdrawn purposely and let them close it. Thats what you get.

- KKKimJun 29, 20221.0I left feeling unwanted and highly disrespected. After making two transactions I asked the teller if I could have the code to use the ladies room. The manager came out off his office and stated "we don't have restrooms for public use". Excuse me sir its not like I walked in off the street. I am a multiple account holder who just made two transactions and I can not use the ladies room. Basically, my money is good enough for PNC but I'm not! I WILL NOT continue to do business with this establishment. The sheer lack of good customer service, poor judgment, humility and subliminal racism was truly astounding!
