  I just like leaving reviews as well but my situation right now is more than about security but the incompetence is just tremendous you want something to scare you the management open my account talk to somebody else about it I requested not to do that Donna did it anyway and you think that was bad then she shared a personal email I sent to her reading it aloud to a third party nothing to do with anyone else about my account it is my own personal account and she shared my personal information even saying that it leaves me shaking I reached out immediately now three times and nobody has gotten back to me so for your safety your security of your monies and your personal information do not open an account I will let you know the follow-up from this cuz as of now nobody cares and nobody's responded

  Bad bank bad system, Every time they withdraw money, they drive them into the red

  I’ve been holding off on leaving a bad review. BUT every single time I come to make my car payment through the drive through, it somehow takes them 10-15 just to even say anything to me. And never is there any apology for the long waits.

  Made a cash deposit less than week later all my accounts frozen and they said my deposit was someone else’s and “I” had to prove to them that I made the deposit or they were going to charge my account a large amount cause they screwed up someone else’s account but my account was correct and I found the receipt thank god to prove it. Accounts closed!!!!! Would not recommend at all!!!!!

  The people in here are condescending and talk down to you. Being polite does not seem to be in their job description.
