  This bank has truly gone downhill. To new depths and at record pace. Stopped in today to talk to a banker and first off Anthony the teller was very professional and polite. Went out of his way to try to help. Now it was Saturday at just after 11 am on August 22nd so there's one banker in the building. And she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at PNC. I will never ever deal with a banker at this location again. And they constantly call me "to set up an appointment to discuss my finances" and try to sell me their credit card. I CANNOT wait for that next phone call, because with glee I'm going to lay into them with a vengeance about today. The banker, who first off never at any point gave me her name or introduced herself, was with a couple. There was a lady in line that had an appointment. I just just walked in. Anthony informed me there would be a wait and.... Yes that's fine. I don't have an appointment. That's understandable. I'll wait. So this banker takes forever talking to this couple and they are talking about tire pressure at this point. It's been about 40 minutes. And the lady who was next in line stands up and says "I can't wait any longer. I have to go! Have her call me to make another appointment." And walks out. Elderly Banker Lady gets done and walks over exasperated says where's my next appointment? They tell her she walked out. And the banker goes "why would she do that I was only 15 minutes late". Then she turns her attention to my (I'm standing 4 feet away from her mind you) "are you the person who was waiting?" I nod, "yes". She curtly goes "what did you want?" Which is already rude for any professional environment. Let alone a bank. Let alone I'm trying to PAY them a ridiculously large sum of money. I've been waiting for 40 minutes! You introduce yourself and invite me in. And so I say "(I'm paying you a ridiculous sum of money)..... And I need records for that (and a few other things)." She looks at me and flippantly says "oh I can't help you with that. I don't have access to any of that information. You have to call (this other dept.)" I say "I don't have that information". She walks away and comes back with a post it note with a general phone number written on it. Says "call them and ask for (department name) and they can help you". I ask"are they open today or do I have to wait till Monday?" She responds with "I don't know, give them a call to find out, they have limited hours today. They will take care of you I don't have access to any of that information. Only they do." I look around. There's isn't a single other soul in the entire building save me and two tellers. If someone is trying to give you two brand new luxury cars worth of money, you can take the freaking time to call the number with me and get an answer. There was nothing else for this woman to do and we weren't even close to closing time yet. At the absolute minimum, find out if said dept is even open for me. The worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Absolutely miserable. NEVER EVER EVER do business at this bank. And I mean ever. I'm considering pulling my money out and going elsewhere and I've been here for a decade.

  They messed up my accounts so bad. I have a large amount of money in my accounts and they still find a way to charge me fees. They charge me every month for a statement fee for some reason all of a sudden! The manager set me up with an account and never set up my monthly transfer like I asked him to. Everytime I call this office to handle the fee, they tell me I need to call the 1800 number!! I sit on hold with the 1800 for over an hour waiting for someone to answer! RUN, DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!!!
