Crazy that they wouldn't accept a change deposit even though everything was neatly sorted because "it's not rolled up." Besides the fact that it's all legal US tender, I wouldn't have had this problem in the first place if they'd just kept the coin counting machine! God forbid a bank teller does her job.

Well, today was my 3rd encounter with a PNC BANK. This time I went into the bank to make 1st payment for my car loan. Before I go any future, this is a terrible bank. It offers nothing that is inspiring. I was told that I couldn't use my debit card to make my payment. Then I was waiting for assistance with autopay but the staff werr loud and unruly. This bank is located on state road in Drexel Hill. PA. There's difference between workplace chatter and hoodish loud. All customers are different, create a well rounded friendly environment. I didn't want to hear your conversation, i felt unsafe, so I left.
