All of a sudden the same employee that deals with me all of the time says I’m a new customer and she doesn’t know me. TERRIBLE. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Your system won’t work to send me a text so that’s my problem. Wasted almost an hour of my day with this.

Besides the fact that it's all legal US tender, I wouldn't have had this problem in the first place if they'd just kept the coin counting machine! God forbid a bank teller does her job.

It offers nothing that is inspiring. I was told that I couldn't use my debit card to make my payment. Then I was waiting for assistance with autopay but the staff werr loud and unruly. This bank is located on state road in Drexel Hill. PA. There's difference between workplace chatter and hoodish loud. All customers are different, create a well rounded friendly environment. I didn't want to hear your conversation, i felt unsafe, so I left.
