  PNC Bank has been our company's bank for over 20 years. We are closing our accounts. The tellers are amazing and we will miss them, however, the management and office staff are lacking, to say the least. Management especially is unprofessional, unqualified, unresponsive, and has a one-track mind: loans.

  The only reason that I will ever step foot in this branch again is to get the CASH that I tried deposit into my account in person at the teller counter today after providing Photo ID, My ATM card, and reciting the last 4 digits of the account # 3 times to the teller that had someone over her shoulder telling her that she was doing the deposit wrong and it STILL ENDED UP GOING INTO SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT. I have the receipt and the customer service call center was NO HELP. So now instead of leaving for my vacation tomorrow morning, I will be walking into the branch to speak the branch manager and HOPEFULLY getting my money back. I literally can't think of a way to make a deposit any easier given that PNC discourages the use of deposit slips.

  Account was changed without notice. I used to have a free safety deposit box and was able to put my money in the growth account to make interest while avoiding the monthly fee. That got changed overnight and I charged $75 over three months. Went from a family-oriented bank to a hidden fees kind of bank.

  The assistant manager just had the nerve to tell me we aren't eligible for fraud protection because the purchase was digital. This is after she lied to me claiming pnc doesn't own part of the worst way to send money digitally ZELLE. Scam, scam, scam. PNC you are awful.
