We had to open the account in short notice to get moving with our business and he was able to get us in the same day.

However, the waiting time can be a bit long. Customers should not have to wait too long for a simple transaction. Improving service speed would make the experience even better.

So I went to the branch and sure enough, was told they can’t help and “aren’t sure why it is this way”. The initial bank associate was nice, it’s not her fault.
