- BDBrian DonatelliJan 3, 20222.0Great as long as you never need service. Anytime you call the 1-833 number the wait is long, over 75 minutes today. The branch here knows nothing about online banking or the Zelle app they have attached to your account. I guess online banking is too new for these folks to have a clue about it. It's only the way of the future, fastest growing, and where they push you to go 95% of the time. Why bother having people at your branch know ANYTHING about it right? Absolutely worthless even having these employees here if they can do nothing I can't do at the ATM myself.
