Go to the branch, was told not only was the person on the phone wrong, they don’t do this service. Awful communication.

Never received my money, DO NOT USE ZELLE, PayPal actually protects the buyer. Then had issues with Bill pay and they claim they have nothing to do with it? Yet they hold my money. Also ask for all your info to confirm its you, simply to report errors. No wonder they have a bad rating and are closing 15 locations across the area.
