Tuesday, 1:00 pm I sat in the Drive-thru for 20 mins because there was only one lady working the lobby and the drive-thru. I would've left 10 minutes into waiting, but I had already sent the tube in with my deposit in it. There was a lady in the lane next to me that had done the same thing by sending her transaction inside already. She was blowing her horn after 15 minutes and very upset because they were making her late for work. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Every time I've gone to this location, they are always rude and condescending. I closed my account with them years ago but my mother unfortunately, stills goes to this bank. Case in point, she was why I was there on this particular day. The only lady that was working was definitely over-heated and frustrated but still trying her best to keep up with everything. I have not one complaint about her, she was trying to be pleasant, but no fault of her own, the system failed her big time by having her be the only one working that time of day, and at the beginning of the month. Then at this Same location awhile back, I stopped at the ATM to deposit money into my fiancée's account and it wouldn't accept 100 dollar bills. No problem.. I just decided to walk inside to make my transaction and the "greeter" who stands at the door when you walk in, asked me what my reason for the visit was today. I explained the ATM not accepting 100 dollar bills. {FYI: I had 5-$100 dollar bills} to deposit.. Then she proceeded to tell me that since I wasn't on his account, I was NOT ALLOWED to make any deposits???!! WTH?? Are you joking?! I've never heard of such a thing. And I WORKED at National City years ago?? I left absolutely disgusted and went to another branch and had NO problems whatsoever making my transaction. Needless to say, my fiancée dropped them as his bank as well. So just trying to send a warning and Stay clear of this location, because what should be a 5-10 minute visit, it WON'T be!! You will FOR SURE have your day ruined in some way or another. Guaranteed 💯

I will never set foot back in this establishment ever again. I went in to deposit money into my account, I told her the amount that was there, the teller never counted it and placed it directly into the counting machine. Moments later the machine jammed. The teller proceeds to open it up and take out a horribly ripped up $5. Once the machine was back together I am told what my total was, which was $50 short. I said "No, that's not right. It is X amount". Then two other employees come over (one who I believe was the the manager) The manager says "she THINKS she has X amount but the machine says X amount". No ma'am I DID have X amount. Then I am told by the teller that the machine wouldn't allow her to take the cash back. I was told to give them my contact info and after they balance the money for the day IF they have an extra $50 they will call me and give it back to me. I was furious, but I left. At that time I decided to call coorperate and complain. Coorperate took my complaint and told me that they would escalate the ticket and have this looked into and in 24-48 hours I would get a call. The bank closed at 5pm. I never heard from them. Today they call me shortly after 10am to tell me they did the audit today and everything was normal and they don't have my $50. I am not sure what my next cause of action will be after this review and after calling coorperate again. I do not recommend doing business at this location. Not only was I shorted $50, I did not appriciate how I was talked to or how this was handled at all.
