  Rude behavior and weakness in professionalism from a banker while I was working with other banker to solve my issue which was printing me a debit card. While the issue was handled the hard why from the banker she was working with me, I explained to her I just need a physical card for my rental car on Thursday she keep coming out with illogical arguments such as because you have a Florida address , because you open it online, I answered everything is online and we are in 2026 and if this for a security reason I told her I’m carrying security clearance from government agencies. I knew she could help but she didn’t want to. On top of this the other worker who came to rush her to end to work with me that was to top notch rudeness and unprofessionalism. Come on PNC !!!!! Train your workers to respect customers, because of as you could pay your employees!!!!! ****** I edit and replace miss written word ( other ) it was written animals

  Great place to bank! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The tellers always have a smile and greet you every time.

  I will not use pnc bc of a women named Jennifer. She thought it was funny to laugh at someone with a disability. Shame o you Jennifer you just lost a disabled person bc u will not make fun of someone me. I hope all disabled people don’t use pnc in clarksummit. I don’t know if u think your better than people but let me fill u in your not. Your nothing but a bully and I hope u loose your job. Again shame on you your no better than anyone just bc your for Clark summit doesn’t make u better than anyone. Please don’t let them get away from treated people like trash. I guess she thought she would laugh at me and bully and think I won’t say anything sorry Jen I’m not the one. I stick up for my disabled people and I hope they never use your bank again and you get fired. We’re not slow or a waste of time. That would be you Jennifer. Grow up and treat people with respect. It might be hard for u if so get another job. Again shame on you. U want to laugh at me well I’m gonna make it my thing to make sure u have some kind of discipline. Treat people with dignity and not trash. I really hope you loose your job that’s how bad it was. Maybe u should grow up and act your age. Again shame on you u should be ashamed of your self but I’m sure your not bc that’s the type of person you are. Just a sad human being. Waste of space Jennifer u disrespected and laughed at the wrong disabled person. Hopefully your fired. If not I’ll take it as far as needed bc u will never ever do this to another person. You should be ashamed of yourself.
