Incompetent, rude, and terrible customer service across the board (branch manger, loan officer, compliance offer). They are committed to making your experience terrible and treating you like dirt.
- NPNeil PMar 13, 20171.0You go in on a Friday afternoon and they have one teller. You go in any other time they 3-4 tellers but only one open as the others are all counting their drawers. They ignore you. Company-wide? Just as bad. Web site is buggy. Online banking is frequently unavailable, sometimes for days at a time. Impossible to get through on the phone. Total disaster of a company.
- JJJared JonesMay 7, 20161.0Absolutely horrible. Hours are nothing like metro, any redeeming quality they had is gone. If you have any problems, the attitude is "oh well, too bad". Don't go around closing, or you will wait 10 minutes for them to bother unlocking the door to let you out.
