The local branches are lost with the transition and unable to assist. Their online and phone customer service are rude and hang up on you repeatedly. I have been trying to close my account and they keep putting me on a transfer loop. It's like being robbed by your own bank. Do not bank here and if you are trapped by this acquisition like I am, God speed. Shame on you PNC and I will be contacting the BBB as well.
