- QLQuinn Camp (Letum)1 day ago1.0I would rate zero stars if i could. It is entirely impossible to transfer funds out of account. Also there's no instant deposit of cash you can access immediately from atm, and in house you only get $100 available until next day. They try to hoard your money. I'll be cashing out every cent and closing my account for good.
- CLCarissa LehrApr 22, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. Refinanced my car, and they didn’t pay off the loan right away so I had a balance at my previous car loan. No one contacted me from September-April, and then First National called. I paid the balance and then GM sent me the title without First National listed. So I can to bring the title and the branch manager is the loan service officer so when I came I couldn’t even meet with anyone to resolve the issue. I have had to miss multiple hours of work just to try and get them a title that if they had just did what they were suppose to they would’ve received the title. On top of that the guy at First National who no longer works there never sent my insurance information over so they wanted to bill me for insurance through the bank even tho I had full coverage the entire time and it was submitted. It’s been a whole mess!! I do not recommend and the staff is rude and judgemental. I am only coming in to do the right thing and they treated me like I was a POS not wanting to pay my loan and that has not been the case at all.

They gave me a generous HELOC. They always answer the phone when I call the branch. The lines at the bank are short.
