I usually have someone different for each one-on-one appointment, and they have all been kind, personable, and willing to help with what I need. I've been with PNC for awhile now and I continue going here and to the other Butler location. Sometimes hard to get through on the phone, but I just call again and end up getting someone eventually.
- AAAmyaOct 29, 20252.0Love PNC itself. But please fix the ATMs. They were changed and could accept up to 100 bills, then they get changed back and forth. My biggest issue though, as little as it may sound, is that the buttons are obnoxiously loud. It's incredibly, excruciatingly annoying. Also, tried making a couple appointments. One was forgotten about. And after numerous appointments, I was never met with the person I was told would be helping me in a specific area. So instead, I got not the best advice from someone who wasn't knowledgeable about why I was there, and I got nowhere.

Why does a local branch employee call you unannounced when you never contacted the bank. I requested they never call again and send any concerns they have documented in written correspondence. PNC bank is known for fraudulent and scams depleting customer accounts.
