- SLStephen LynchAug 27, 20243.0I have many criticisms of PNC but remain a customer after almost 50 years (since they were Provident National Bank) ... My latest: In order to ask a simple question one has to make an appointment. The chat bot is worthless, and there is no queue offered to send an e-mail. I want to find out the process to order foreign currency for an upcoming trip abroad and I have to make a freakin' appointment to talk with someone (who likely won't be able to answer my question anyway). PNC's technology has always been bad / substandard. This is just another example of how bad they truly are.

They give me the wrong information which wastes my time and costs me money. They act like I’m a bank robber when I try to withdraw MY MONEY… just use a credit union….
