I needed information about a letter that I had received, and she rudely told me that I needed to go to the closest bank to take my concern. Seriously, she was very rude, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. She took my name and said someone will call me back. I never received a call. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Had an appointment scheduled, she rescheduled it, took off work to accommodate her and her schedule. Told me to bring the wrong paperwork. It’s always someone else’s fault but hers. Never in the wrong. By far the worst customer experience ever. Will be dealing with another branch in the future.
