I was just there at the drive-through and I cannot imagine what could possibly have taken so long to cash a check for $20.29. And I’m talking from the time the girl got the capsule till she returned it.. I could’ve counted out $20.29 in pennies faster than that tube came back. Just as a metric for performance improvement, there’s a PNC branch in Hazleton that can cash a check regardless of the amount in about 20% of the time this branch took . Maybe they could make arrangements for your people or better yet your management to go there for some training….

Called to make an appointment to come in and get an account with them. They were able to get me in right away. Once I got there Chris was very helpful and explained all the options they offered. He was very professional and nice.
