Staffing issues. Some of the staffed attendants are not alert to waiting customer. I comment because the attendants that are helping from other locations are qualified. I am a long term satisfied Wells Fargo customer. I've changed banks to PNC in Bloomsburg you ate the best & only modern like 21st century banking tools, atm, Bank officers are professional. $40+ for minimum first personal checks. Cheapest shipping is $16 you are wrong. BIG mistake penny wise dollar foolish

Long time PNC customer here, need to do some in person banking and called this location...wow. Took literally several minutes for someone to actually answer the phone, girl wasn't helpful or inviting at all. Told her flat out it's not inspiring and I would try the Williamsport location instead. Who were super prompt, friendly and helpful. So yeah go there instead.
