Staff was friendly, except for the manager (I'm guessing) who was hovering behind like a prison warden. I contemplated passing the teller a note to blink twice if she was in distress.

Two months ago, I went in to change my address—yet they failed to update it everywhere it was needed, causing my debit card to be sent to my old address. Today, I simply asked for a small increase to my external transfer limit. They refused, but somehow had the nerve to push me to open another account with them. Absolutely ridiculous. I closed every single account I had here on the spot. Chase handled my request without issue in minutes. This place is incompetent, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t value customers.
