This bank is FEE ORIENTED. They do not care for their customers. I zelled myself money which by zelles information those funds are AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Yet i was charged 74 dollars in fees for spending money in my account because FNB is claiming it was unavailable and not processed yet their system let me spend the money. SCAM SCAM SCAM. If the funds were not available then I shouldn't have been able to spend them yet I could because THEY WANT TO HIT YOU WITH OVERDRAFT FEES. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. THEY WILL NOT WAIVE ANY FEES EVER. WORST BANK WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES. STAY FAR FAR AWAY unless you want to spend HUNDREDS in overdraft fees. One time I was charged for being 1 cent in the negative that fee was not waived and I had to pay 37 DOLLARS FOR A PENNY!
