- KEKim Hung EaApr 28, 20261.0I was denied a withdraw from this branch with my debit card in hand and a valid real id drivers license because they claim they had to verify a check deposit that showed cleared and available. I asked the manager for this policy in writing and she stated that she does not have it available. So, I called PNC’s direct 888 number to verify their policy around physical withdraw limits and this check deposit verification policy I was put against. The call center rep voiced there is no such policy in place and there should not have been any issues withdrawing any available funds posted on my account. This is a major brand providing conflicting information. If the bank did not have the funds available, they should have told me directly versus making up an excuse. I do not recommend this branch for any large transactions. Take this review as you may.
