  Might be a good bank if you’re a basic banker that just needs a place to cash a paycheck. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re a busy professional or business owner. If your time is valuable, the staff here will waste it for sure. Been with them for about 8 months and I can never get anyone on the phone to help out so you have to take time out of your day to drive in and get someone’s attention. They haven’t embraced technology very well so conducting business almost always requires you to stop what you’re doing and drive in to the branch to do manual paperwork vs. a couple buttons on a phone app to accomplish the same thing.

  If I could leave zero stars I would! Horrible service.Every time I go through the drive through.I'm waiting fifteen to twenty minutes while they all stand around. Greenwood location is horrible
