Went in on a Friday to open a joint bank account, which we already have a joint bank account there, and we were told “due to it being a Friday and being busy we don’t have the staff to be able to do that.” They wanted us to schedule an appointment to come back to do that. There were 3 people working. I questioned the fact that we had been in 2 days prior with no appointment to do the same thing and they were going to be able to, but we ultimately decided that day not to. I cannot fathom how we are any different than any other customer who comes in on a Friday that needs helped, but since ours may take longer than a different customer, we were turned away and told to go to a different branch. Ridiculous. I will now drive out of my way to go to a different branch because this one is horrendous.
