- TRTara RonelJun 20, 20261.0Don't use the drive through teller. First of all, it's an extremely inefficient process. The person who first waits on you is not a teller. So you have to explain everything to them and then hand it over to a teller. In my particular case, I had a withdrawal that I needed to make comprised of specific bills. The woman who took my request asked me to write it on the withdrawal slip, which I did. And then she handed over to a teller. It took three attempts to get my request correct. It took 15 minutes to make a simple withdrawal because they didn't read.

I wanted to deposit money in my daughter's checking account. But since I'm not listed on the account this is "impossible" according to them. I'm a security risk. Their answer to everything is "that's just the way it is.
