My daughter opened a new account. We were told their policy is not to cash savings bonds unless you have had the account for a year. What a short sighted policy, I’m not impressed! I thought a bank would want your business and deposits especially when there are many banks to choose between in the area.

Dumbest logic and experience ever. They wanted proof of a name change that we explained we couldnt prove because its not legally changed. So how would one prove something happened when that very thing didnt happen? And their own bank card, both our licences, social sec cards, multiple online federal websites with our names.... but somehow that wasnt enough. Aside from that mind numbing logic, Asahd Kahn, was soooo rude. Told us multiple times how much he hates the area and this bank. Same thing he always says. Also, the manager was super rude and condesending. What a joke of a facility. This branch just cost PNC two customers that have been with them for over 15yrs.
