  I was very pleased with Brad and the service he provided. I am settling my father's estate, and I needed an appraisal as of the date of his passing last year. I called the number and Brad answered. I was impressed with that in this day and age of text messages and emails. I quickly set up an appointment with him. He arrived when he said that he would. Brad was friendly, polite, and professional. It took him less than an hour to perform his onsite review. He said that he would have the appraisal report finished by the following week, and it was completed exactly as he said. I thoroughly reviewed the report, and it was spot on. I recommend Brad and his company without reservation.
