- AMAnabel MorenoNov 30, 20174.0I love my bank, but since the merger/expansion, customer services have been spread a bit thin. I lost my card while studying abroad and had to wait 6 weeks to get a replacement. Besides that, I have no other real complaints. I get 5 cents cash back on every debit card purchase, no foreign transaction fees, and online baking is a breeze. When I do go into a branch in person, the people are super friendly and always make sure to resolve my issues. My connected checking/savings makes it super easy to move money between accounts. I only wish the interest rate on the savings account was more than just 0.05%.
