- FRFlorencia RamirezJun 30, 20261.0If you want your car repossessed for one missed payment, no notice of missed payment or intent to repossess, then this would the company. We missed our FINAL payment due to a series of unfortunate life events.. like a death of child, father dying, and husband having a heart attack... and this corrupt business repossessed our vehicle without warning or anything. Proceeded to auction said car for well below fair market value and nearly 1 month after they sold the vehicle, they send a letter saying they sold it and there is an excess amount owed to us... but we must call them to get a check mailed to us. On top of that.... they havent even given us an option or chance to collect our personal property that was in the vehicle. Don't take a chance with these corrupt scam artists. Go to the bank and ask them about a secured loan. Its a far vetter option and significantly lower interest rates.
