I banked with them in Wyoming before moving to Portland and was delighted that I didn't have to switch banks because they recently expanded to this area. Small bank feel and great customer service. Highly recommended.

- JHJames HApr 3, 20171.0nice people in the branches, but horrible banking practices where there is no regard for the customer. instead of working with you, they rack up fees on your account. Even when things get paid, there still issues. I am all about local but i would rather use chase or wells fargo instead of this inflexible, poorly managed, money focused bank. Go anywhere and you will have a better experience and be able to use your money wisely.

I was attempting to cash a check written from a client of theirs and it took them over an hour to process it. Then once processed they only allowed me get 20% of the check amount in cash and the rest in a cashiers check. And to top it off, the amount given in cash was in all 50s because they didn't have big bills. Seems very scary that a bank wouldn't even have cash on hand
