    Dont bother dating your checks if they are deposited here they never look and cash them whenever, while not completely illegal it is extremely unethical. Will never do my banking here

    Just tried to cash in some $20 dollar bills for $100 dollar bills and I was told no because I’m not a member?? I thought this was a bank, is it not??

    We have both business and personal accounts with Banner Bank. We have been to the branch in Pleasant Hill about three times a week for the last five years. Not once have we had a negative experience! The ladies who work there are all so helpful and make you feel like it's a pleasure to work with you.

    I realize during Xmas stuff is closed but when everything says your closing early at 3 on your website, and nothing posted on the door I could see, my math is just OK but im confident 2:45 falls in "open time." It's not like I needed the money to buy gifts for family or anything. New account so no debit card yet. Woulda been Game changer.
