- AHAndrea Harding-DonaldJan 1, 20251.0Worst bank ever. They decline all the transactions even though you have the money, they constantly lock the account for activity, they have no after hours help. So if your account is locked out you out of luck until they open again. Oh and you can set up any online payments like hulu or Netflix cause that declines also. If I could give negative stars I would leave negative 1000000000000 for all the hassle and inconveniences this bank has caused me
- ABAggie BeardenMar 17, 20215.0I don't have an account there, but when I've had change to cash in, they had a machine similar to Coin Star, except they didn't deduct a fee. That was in 2018-19, so you might want to call them to confirm whether or not they still offer that free service. Additionally, I've had checks, drawn on Banner Bank, and there has never been any problem cashing the check. No fee, extremely friendly tellers, and again, NO FEE. i had to cash a check this week that was drawn on US Bank...there was a $10 fee (TEN DOLLARS) just to cash a check drawn on their bank! I have Green Dot right now. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. $10 is a lot of money. Ridiculous. :-(

Working with banner bank for my son payee they helped me so much I am thankful for the kind of staff that is there please keep the same staff there !
