  Very kind people, but the First Federal website and app are simply horrible. It saddens me having to write this review because the people in the bank are so kind and easy to work with. Unfortunately though, the app is very broken and I am often unable to login to my account. I can’t even see what my balance is at half the time. I would leave a higher review simply because the people there seem so nice, but the website and app are so unbelievably inconsistent with the in-person quality that it has made banking with First Federal incredibly difficult.

  Mediocre bank. For being a locally owned and operated bank, it’s fine—not great, but fine. The real issues are with its problems adapting to the digital world. The app is broken; The log in just simply doesn’t work sometimes (which is incredibly difficult when needing access to banking info outside of business hours), the Face ID on the app is completely broken, and the app’s UI seems to be connected directly to the bank’s website instead of independently developed which leads to a plethora of issues. The biggest issue with First Federal for me is its app. People use apps, so why not fix what is so obviously flawed software? The lack of development in it makes me fear for the security of my account. FIX YOUR APP!!

  Our family has banked with First Federal for nearly 30 years. The bank is always looking to the future to keep up with the changing economic times. They have always been responsive to our needs and inquiries at all stages of life. We are grateful for our association with the many talented members of the organization.
