    Is this bank so entitled that they confront people on a public sidewalk they called the cops on them. What are you guys doing l in there? Are you trying to hide something or are you doing something illegal that you don’t want people to know?

    First of all, the employees in this branch have a lack of professionalism and doesn’t have any sense of respect. Unfortunately, the banker was arrogant, horrendous, despicable, unprofessional, and uncouth and doesn’t even know how to open an account. Just wasted my time. Avoid this branch

    Everything about my experience with this branch has been exceptional, from discussing opening my checking account with Jordan B. to Laurel B.’s personal attention to this process along the way. I also appreciated the tactful management of my loan application. I highly recommend Banner bank.

    Laurel Buncak in the lobby is one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly people I’ve ever met. Horrendous customer service, complete disregard for customers, and also she and all other staff weren’t wearing masks when I walked in. Literally the worst banking experience of my life. Stay away from Banner at all costs.

    Just signed up and already not impressed. Hate to leave negative reviews but my service here has been so lacking and I've only been a customer for a few months sadly. Would choose another bank in my opinion.
