  Friendly and helpful staff. Any time I have an issue they find the solution. They can be busy at times but most places are now days. They had one account person but I think they now have two but still expect they might be busy so waiting or coming back may be an option. Overall I couldn't be happier.

  I came into Banner Bank the other day, looking to open an account for my daughter who is off to college I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming the employees are. One of the ladies who helped us, I believe her name was Andrea, but I can’t remember for sure, Was absolutely awesome with me and my daughter. She shared all the options that would work well for what we were looking for, and made the process very easy I am very confident that my daughter will have no problems using this bank and will always be helped as she needs with learning how to manage finances and “adulting” on her own

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to make an account yesterday and they told me they were too busy and I needed to come back at 2pm. I couldn’t that day, so I came back today at 1:30pm and they told me once again they were too busy and needed me to come back at 2pm. I waited in the lobby, seeing multiple people coming in and out getting helped. By 2:20pm I still had not yet been helped. I am no longer looking to open an account with this establishment if they are obviously “too busy” and have terrible customer service.

  Disrespectful and unprofessional of the bank teller, who was trying to make a Flirty conversation with my husband Asking personal questions! Complementing his looks in an unprofessional way! Please go to a club if you are trying to hit up someone!!!!!! Not one of your customers Making them uncomfortable just so unprofessional….
