After fraudulent bill pay activity wiped out most of my savings and my son's account, the fraud team caught it instantly and the branch staff took immediate care of us. I wish I could remember the employees name who set up our new accounts. She did it with so much empathy and reassured us that they would fight to get our funds back. They delivered beyond expectations—our money was fully recovered in three days. Truly top-tier service!
