That’s why I came to the conclusion that it’s time to take my Business elsewhere! All the tellers are great and so is Hellen.Its that one person that didn’t make me feel that I was a valued Member..

I am disabled and home bound, waiting on my Social Security. I owe California child support, and a computer generated garnishment came out. Banner charged $100 without so much as a phone call, overdrew my boyfriend's account (so that child support couldn't take anything, anyway), and even though the garnishment was stopped the next day, they will not even consider refunding the $100. I went through similar gouging with Bank of America and I'm thinking this is just a different version of the same bad banks. I also have an account at US Bank that I have never had these kind of issues with and would highly recommend them. Don't fall for Banner's incentives...they will eventually get it back!
